- Steveston Veterinary Hospital Ltd in Richmond, BC
"RESPONSE TO "DAVE's" REVIEW FROM DR. GALLOWAY - I am the owner and principal veterinarian at Steveston Veterinary Hospital and wish to respond to the comments posted under the name "Dave". His account of the situation is simply untrue. He did not phone us for an estimate of $200 shortly before his visit. In fact, when he was in for an unrelated issue months before, he asked the receptionist the price of the lab test alone. He did not receive a written estimate from the veterinarian..."
- Jody's Fine Foods & Catering in West Vancouver, BC
"Will never go back. Her attitude and behavior on her new TV show shows lack of class and is appaling. I'd rather give my money to another establishment...."
- Webacom Media Corporation in Nanaimo, BC
"Not recommended! We have invested a lot of money into building a site / hosting / maintenance service. Communication was poor and the site was up before our approval. Hosting can be down and be blamed on technical difficulties when we had an outstanding of a couple of hundred dollars..."
- Nasrin's Spa & Skincare in North Vancouver, BC
"I bought a salon package from pink marketing for this spa because some of the proceeds were going to breast cancer. After calling many times my phone was finally answered. I was told that the visit A machine was not working and therefore it could be combined with visit C for a longer and better facial. I booked my appointment with a friend of mines and we decided to go together. When we got there..."
- About Paint in Kelowna, BC
"Well were do i start, this has to be the best contractor i have came across. Gary is not just a great painter he also helped picked my colours as he works closely with interior designers - big bonus for me..."
- Steveston Veterinary Hospital Ltd in Richmond, BC
"I took my cat here to get a Titer Rabies check so that I can take her with me to another country. I was quoted $200 over the phone so I took her in. AFTER they did the blood test they told me that the price has gone up and its now $390. Plus they charged me $60 for a examination. The bill came to..."
- Campbell Michael D Dr in Abbotsford, BC
"Dr. Campbell was my parents Family Physician for a number of years. As a daughter of aging parents I was involved in their medical needs when they began to have significant challenges. When Mom was hospitalized I drove four hours to get to the local hospital for 7:00 am as the nurse had indicated I could speak to Dr. Campbell in person at that time. While I sat in the waiting room he called me on my cell phone from the nursing station indicating that he had no time..."
- Nasrin's Spa & Skincare in North Vancouver, BC
"This was by far the most atrocious display of customer service I have ever encountered. Those who are considering coming here, be warned. I called multiple times to make an appointment and my call was not picked up, I left a message on the machine relating contact information. I was not called back. I called multiple times the day after, and my call was not picked up. Since I had heard of this spa at [local show], where I purchased a spa package to support the [a cancer charity], my money has been prepaid, and I was actually worried that I had gotten scammed..."

- Hive Hair Lounge in Victoria, BC
"I normally go to Richmond, Vancouver once every 6 to 8 months to get my haircut because there is an award-winning hair stylist there with whom I only trust my hair. However, because going to the mainland for a haircut is pretty expensive, especially combined with the ferry fare, I decided to save some money and buy a [savings coupon] for a shampoo, cut and style for $29 (normally up to a $65 value) at The Hive. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it, not even for $29..."

- Canadian Tire in Courtenay, BC
"It's been a long while, and not by accident, that I have not set foot in a "Canadian" Tire store, but the other day, I had the misfortune of doing so. Immediately, I was viscerally reminded of one of the many reasons why Canadian Tire is not on my popular list. The store STINKS - I mean literally, it smells bad, and frankly, in my personal opinion, I don't feel that the air is healthy to breathe for me..."
- Overwaitea Foods in Burns Lake, BC
"Overall, customer service has been satisfying. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. My concern about some of the cashiers is that they continue a conversation with a friend or another customer while they are serving me..."
- Ocean View Retirement Village The in Crofton, BC
"If you are considering becoming a tenant at this establishment, or have a family member that is, Definitely RECONSIDER. Our experience with OceanView has turned into a complete nightmare. The owners Nancy and Bert are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They are both * and have convinced my poor Grandmother that they are broke so she would pay more monthly rent. $1300 more! They also accepted blank cheques from her, which is ludicrous. When we tried to negotiate with them and have a discussion regarding this, we were talked to in such a condescending way that they made us feel like we were in the wrong..."
- Derosa Automotive Service in North Vancouver, BC
"I'll be honest, my car is not in ggod shape. But the guys at DeRosa Automotive serviced my vehicle and although there was a long list of things that could be done Iain was very practical and we focused on just the safety items for now..."

- Compliance Energy Corp (aka COAL MINING on Vancouver Island) in Vancouver, BC
"When I first heard about the possibility of coal mining on Vancouver Island, BC, I just assumed that someone was misinformed. Apparently, the works in in place and the company, Compliance Energy Corporation, has significant stakes in coal mining on Vancouver Island..."
